These terms apply when you browse menus and place an online order with Q VIP Lounge using this online ordering website or any branded domain pointed to the same ordering experience.

Q VIP Lounge is the merchant responsible for the products, pricing, preparation, fulfilment, and order-related complaints. TEPOSCloud is operated by TEPOSCloud and provides the online ordering technology.

2. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Orders are only accepted once the ordering journey confirms that the request has been received. Q VIP Lounge may reject or contact you about an order if items are unavailable, the details are unclear, there is an obvious pricing error, or fulfilment is not possible.

3. Collection and delivery

Estimated collection and delivery times are guidance only. Delays can happen during busy periods, poor weather, traffic, or where the shop needs to contact you.

If you do not collect or accept delivery of an order within a reasonable time, the shop may treat the order as completed and no refund may be due for made-to-order goods.

4. Prices and payment

Prices, delivery charges, and any service charges are shown during checkout. Card payments may be handled through a separate hosted checkout and selected payment provider.

If a payment attempt is declined, cancelled, expires, or cannot be matched back to the order, the order may remain unconfirmed until payment is completed successfully or another payment method is agreed.

Refund decisions relating to missing items, substitutions, quality concerns, or unfulfilled orders are handled by the merchant in line with applicable consumer law.
